Returns
All return claims must be made within 5 business days after receiving your order for a cash refund. Return claims 5-10 business days after receiving your order will be eligible for in-store credit. No returns will be accepted after 10 business days. Claims must be made by phone - 713-896-8559, or by email - [email protected]. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging complete with all parts, hardware and manufacturer documentation.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs
are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.
Custom built parts/products are non-refundable.
A 25% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS.
